All eye exams are open to any Henderson/Transylvania students

YOU MUST HAVE PAGE 1 OF THIS FORM, OLDER FORMS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED
**NOTE - You will receive an email if dates change due to weather etc.
Dates below require registration in order to attend
The following eye exams are only available for students that have completed or are currently enrolled in driver's education class, and residing in Henderson/ Transylvania County. All others will not be accepted. New dates will be posted when scheduled
Students that miss the scheduled eye exam will need to obtain at a later date posted at here
